Not for me.
I was having the same exact issues. Glad it wasn't just me. Wasn't sure if it was YT or my WiFi
I watched via YoutubeTV and didn't have issues at all. That being said, I was using a lower resolution projector so the streaming quality was reduced. Maybe it was only happening at higher resolutions.
Nope, it got worse. Oh, we weren't talking about the game...

Could have been your local ABC affiliate having issues with their broadcast, and not a YouTube TV issue
