And lost phone (about a month ago), so do not have that advantage to use it to help. And, on my saved Google passwords, neither one listed works (I may have changed password somewhat recently and opted to not save it).

Got a new phone yesterday, it will be taken to AT&T today, and I'm hoping someone there might know how to figure out how to use the new phone to help.

I had the same problem last year and know the feeling. It was nerveracking for a day or two. Realized I had a very old ipad in my closet that was thankfully still working and able to get in that way.

You will probably have to do the "account recovery" process.

Thank you, saw. I ran across that link a few days ago, and hopefully correctly tried most of them. I'm really hoping possibly something with a new phone (and a hacky AT&T employee) will make a difference. I've had that email address for - I think - just over 20 years!
