Updated iPad OS, now none of the user uploaded images display

Each image, regardless of forum say "uploaded image unavailable ". Is there a fix?

Is this in safari, or all browsers? I wonder if a content blocker is catching them.

Safari. So I downloaded chrome and same issue. Powered off and on and same results. Then I tried it again just now and the images appear. Maybe a signing issue on the AWS S3 server?

Which update version? I'm on 18.3.2

Uploading an image from my iPad as a test, using Safari.
