Just got my kid an iphone 16. I've set up a parental control through the screen time so he can't download apps on his own. However, it is asking for the code each time we try to add or delete a contact. I do NOT want this. Any idea how to take it off? Google hasn't been a help.

What parental control app do you use? Or is it integrated on the phone already?

pretty much it is integrated into the phone under "Screen Time"...which is not at all an intuitive location.

Use google to search for how to set things.

The fact that it is built into the phone OS vs an external App is why I used iPhones for my kid's. Not as easy to bypass.
