Been trying to get one since February and finally scored one yesterday. Best Buy must have gotten a HUGE amount of them because they are still regularly in stock over 24 hours later. Now I can finally build my computer. I will hopefully remember to make a post with pictures once it's done.

I specifically wanted an FE card due to the cooler design. It is far superior to anything the AIB partners are making plus its cheaper than any AIB card. I guess sometimes patience does pay off.

Supposedly the 5080 Supers are coming very soon for the cards so lots of 5070/5080 FE and 5070 TI's are getting dumped in preparation. By black Friday these cards will be much cheaper i think. Could likely get a super at current FE retail prices or just above.

1660ti to 5080? Gees. That's like going from a Yugo to a Ferrari.

Yea I'm excited. I beat Starfield but only got 20 fps in towns. It was way past time to upgrade.

Is Starfield any good now? I played it at Launch and I got so bored during only 10 hours of the game loop I stopped pretty much week 2.

I enjoyed it the first time so I might not be the best gauge of that. I'm am planning a new playthrough now that I have good hardware.

No man's sky is worth a revisit if you haven't played it yet/in a while. So much better than starfield now with newest update imo. Fully customizable starship building is awesome.

Still waiting to upgrade from my 3060. Was holding out for a 4090 but think I'll probably compromise and pull the trigger on a 5080 around holiday time.

I went from a 3060 to a 5070ti. The 5080 is only 15% better than the 5070ti. Now I just need to upgrade from AM4 to AM5

I'm still on an Intel i7 8700 from 2017 with my 5080, but I game on a 42" 4K OLED TV. ChatGPT said at 4K it does not matter too much, but I think it's about time for an upgrade.

I had every intention of buying a 9060xt but that was too good to pass up.

I bought the 9060XT recently, it's a great card.
