We have the My Q garage door opener and added the video garage keypad. All worked fine yesterday including the original remotes and button on the wall. Now nothing works. Can anyone give any insight?

Go up and reset your door open/close height. Somehow the main door unit lost it I think. I have done this before when i hit the wrong button on the back of mine and then nothing would work. It was because without an open/close height, the door will not run. Look up the manual for your exact model to know the button presses.
