What websites do most people use to post images/gifs from on here. I don't want to link anything back to my personal photo page and most of the time I try something else, the link is always "broken" and the picture never works.

Save the picture to your phone, tablet or PC. Click on the photo icon (looks like a CRT/monitor). Click on "Select File", then "Photo Library". Select the photo you want to upload and then click "Done".

The picture will be uploaded to TexAgs without an active link back to your device and you don't have to worry about linking to a photo hosting site. It's the easiest way IMO.

Only rookies are not allowed to post links to pics already hosted on the Internet. I am guessing you just cut and pasted the link created when the previous one star uploaded the pic to TexAgs. The question is, without at least one star can you upload a picture yourself from your phone/computer?

When I try to select "attach image" when replying, it says I have to have premium to upload a photo to Texags.

I pony up the $5/mo for one star to get access to the extra emoticons and the watchlist, well worth it. I would miss the photo upload feature too.

To upload a gif file from a Mac, I think the only way the gif will animate is if the file name ends with ".gif". Is that true?
