Wife got a new Galaxy 25 ultra yesterday.
We transfered most everything w/Smart Switch but of course Signal will not...
Now everything I've read seems very straight forward but ..
When I get to scan the QR code w/old phone it says there's nothing on old phone to support the code

Yes, I know username is not checking out..

And yes, should have got an iPhone..

But she really hates change & is pretty upset this is not resolved yet...thanks

not an android issue, its a signal issue. i got a new iPhone this summer and ended up having to start signal over from scratch, but my wife didn't. not sure what the deal is.

That's what I was afraid of, my wife is convinced it's her new phone, but everything else seems to be working. It's just the Signal that's not cooperating....

Have you tried setting it up on a computer first and then using the computer to transfer info over?
