I actually have a working 6 head vcr and a retrotink 4k scaler but I don't have a HDMI capture device and I am up in Dallas.

Walgreens will do it. You could also try reaching out to an AV club at A&M to see if there is a student who wants to make a few bucks.

There used to be a place that ran ads on WTAW. It was something like 2xxxxx.net but I can't remember what the xxxxxx was. They advertised exactly this service and are/were local.

That's it... I remember the 2video now, but I always thought it was .net - probably my brain just hearing it wrong.
