How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm having a difficult and frustrating experience trying to get a meeting for 25 people set up on my home computer. (I believe it would set up just fine on my work computer but this is a personal meeting.)

1. Ahead of attempt to set up the big meeting, I did a test to just one recipient. Link received, meeting conducted.

2. Using same steps, I tried (several times as it turned out) to set up for the 25. I'm logging in to my Microsoft account, paid up on my Microsoft 365 bundle, etc.

3. I both copy/pasted the 25 addresses and input them by hand. No good.

I chatted with Microsoft and tried to do what they suggested. Still didn't work. Restarted the computer and tried again. No good .

Suggestions? TIA.

Are you trying to set it up as a call or a meeting? Calls have a max of 20 and are typically initiated from a chat.

I assume that you went to your Outlook/Teams calendar and created the meeting. Then went back in to invite all participants?

Are you trying to do this in your Teams app on your computer? If so, try doing it in an incognito browser in Chrome using this link: https://teams.microsoft.com/v2 and see if it's an app bug.

Also, sometimes adding at once, for whatever reason, maybe the issue -- I would try this (if you have, my apologies):

  • Create a meeting in the calendar
  • Open meeting -- add 10 participants -- save/close
  • Open meeting again -- add 10 participants -- save/close
  • Open once more -- add the 5 participants -- save/close.
