My S22+ wirelessly connects to my lan, but randomly drops Internet connection. Wired devices stay connected to the internet. My phone shows "connected to (lan_name) without internet.". Toggling the wireless on/off reconnects to the lan with internet, but only temporarily.

Any ideas for a fix?

I should probably add that replacing my router did not fix this.

I had a similar issue and pretty sure I had to update the phone...or may have been a hard shut down...cant remember which think I did both though

I have bad news for you. I had a Galaxy S22 Ultra and they have a notorious antenna flaw.

I had my first one 18 months before it randomly dropped signal from the 5G network AND cellular network, randomly, all the time, and without notice. My wife or anyone else would call me and go straight to voicemail 30-40% of the time and I would look down and it would have the "emergency calls only" message.

It was out of warranty, so i had to pay a $200 deductible to get a new one since I had "insurance".

18 months later, the exact thing happened to the next one (mysteriously about a week after it had a forced OneUI upgrade -- and around the time that preorders for the S26Ultra started up) so I had to upgrade to the S26 Ultra, which sucks because I loved my 22 Ultra and would have kept it as long as I can, but I couldnt get another one knowing it would **** the bed in less than 2 years again.

I had the same exact thing happen to my S22 ultra and never knew it was a common issue. I have up and bought a S24 ultra that I still love. Glad it has not had the same problem.

Thanks for the replies. My wife is telling me her iPhone is doing the same thing. We live in a rural area with spotty cell service so wifi connection is important.
