If you are a physical copy person, Walmart and Amazon both have it discounted to the Digital version pricing if you pre-order it through them. However, it's only if you pre-order. When it launches, they remove the discount.

It's a well made remake, but also convinced me I didn't really need it.

Brings back nostalgia but also the memory of it taking me about 90 minutes to beat the game first time playing through…if there's not much of added levels or additional reasons for multiple play throughs I'll likely pass

Tried out the demo when it released. The controls are really smooth, and the graphics look great on an OLED TV especially the shortcut on Meteo.

Reviews are out! 81 average on Metacritic. For what it's worth, the original Star Fox 64 has an 88 average and the 3DS remake Star Fox 64 3D also has an 81 average.

I don't trust anything IGN puts out. That said, nintendo couldn't come up with a new idea if their lives depended on it. At least they're sticking with what works.
