My parents found a dog at their office in Tyler. They have put up signs and made several calls with no luck finding the owner. Mom took the dog to the a vet and found out the following:

Female black lab mix, about 10 months old. They vet said she is mostly lab, probably one parent was full lab and the other was a lab mix. Shots are updated, and heart worm negative.

I have not see the dog in person, but will this weekend. The dog has a good disposition, and good with my parents current dog (14 year old springer spaniel). She knows basic commands (sit, down, stay, etc.) and will fetch. I don't know if she would make a hunting dog or not. I would love to take her in, but I already have two of my own. I have some pictures I can send if interested.

Looks EXACTLY like my dog who's a lab and border collie mix. Sorry I can't take another one right now but thank you to you and your parents for taking this dog in and finding a good home.

Hear there's a dude in Burleson looking for a new pup.

I talked to ine guy that was looking for a hunting dog. I didnt think she would make a good hunting dif because she seemed to have little to no prey drive.

I found her a new home. A friend of mine (class of 2012) was looking for a dog and she took her in. She will make a great pet.
