Texas charcuterie..

Smoked some ribs and cream cheese. Meatchurch Gospel rub, smoked over hickory. Served cheese with ritz and jalapeño jelly. Darn decadent meal to prep for game.

All served on an Agrams cutting board.

Nothing fancy today, but planning on pork loins, chicken thighs and then some turkey legs for my son. Sometimes you just gotta make food for the week. Next time I will do something more fun.

Cooked 4 racks of baby backs party rib style yesterday, and i'm honestly not sure if i'll ever cook them another way. Not sure if anyone got pics but will post if I can find any.
