Scrolled onto a video of a lady with a thick south Louisiana accent the other day. She was making some basic chicken thigh for a meal/leftovers for the week. She put some oil in her instant pot and then layered boneless skinless thighs, Cajun seasoning blend, and Zydeco Chop Chop, topped with some stock for moisture.
I hadn't seen this product but found it online and ordered a jar. It's a dehydrated blend of everything fresh you'd put in any Cajun dish. I haven't tried it yet but has anybody else used it?
