Saw this guy on my walkway this morning. Biggest one I have seen here in Houston. Piece of bark is about 1"x2" for reference.

Speaking of Houston invasives, is anyone else overrun by Cuban Anole lizards? I used to have a handful of the Texas species, but I now have dozens of the Cubans and they've completely displaced the natives.

Yes. For years at our place in Flour Bluff we had only green anoles. Several years back the invasive Cubans showed up. While we still have the native greens, the Cubans are outnumbering them. They're quick and hard to kill.
