I have a construction project coming up where one of my refrigerated trailers is going to be parked for 18-24 months to store ice for the project. 15-20000 pounds of ice will be coming in and out of the trailer weekly.

I'd like to get some bracing ideas to put under the axles to remove stress from axles and tires, the rear for when pallets of ice are being loaded onto the trailer to keep the trailer form upending itself and on the tongue to keep the jack from collapsing under the weight of the ice

recommendations are appreciated!

For that length of time, and on a construction site, I'd be tempted to stack up some wood cribbing. Pretty cheap and not a theft target for someone with a jack.

This plus take the wheels/tires & lug nuts off and take them off-site.

Scaffold screw jacks and base plates. Welded bracket for them on trailer bumper. Clean and won't move.

good idea. i will say, this construction site will have more security than fort knox, but not a bad idea nonetheless

Jack stands to the frame of blocked up.

But I will say it is unnecessary. You wont stress the suspension. Boat trailers see zero miles unloaded....for life of the trailer. Always full load on the axles and frame.

Big portable AC systems on big goosenecks for schools and hospitals are similar weight on a trailer and they live like that for decades. Parked waiting to go on duty. Big pump systems on trailers are same way.

But for the sake of your tires you could get 4 bottle jack stands. It is a bottle jack with a jack stand built in. Pump up under each axle corner till load is off tires then to the first click of the jack stand. Done. All in one unit. JEGS and McMaster Carr etc they are everywhere. Cheap and durable and compact all in one.

Why not just a couple concrete blocks on each corner? You see them under doublewides all the time.
