I have friends and clients in Gunter & Dorchester (farmers) and know a guy that married into a big landowner family in VA.

My mom grew up nearby on a farm at Howe, she was born in 1927. All her family is buried in the Howe cemetery.

my grandmother's grandfather donated the land. Her aunt and uncle, her father's brother, set up the Kerfoot scholarship back in 1975.
