What wireless temperature probes are you guys using for your smoker and would you recommend it? I've been using the wired one that came with my smoker, but it makes wrapping a little tricky.

I've been using the ThermoMaven P2 and it rocks! Very accurate and the display stand with wifi make it super convenient!

Agreed, RFX and Meater is a distant second. Thermoworks is the gold standard in temp probes, wired or now with the release of RFX, wireless.

Don't put the Meater into a filet and sear the sh*t out of it. I didn't read the warning label and found out the hard way.

The newer Meater Pro probes are good to 1000 deg f.
