Are you on a well established deer lease that has lease member turnover every year? If so, please reach out to me as I would like to get put on a wait list for the 2026-2027 season and beyond.

Below is some additional information regarding what I'm looking for:

My dad, a family friend of ours, and myself lost our deer lease in South Texas at the end of August.

We were just recently able to get reimbursed for the annual lease fees and get all of our blinds, feeders, etc. taken off the place so didn't put too much effort in the interim into finding a place for this season.

With bow season a month in and rifle season starting this weekend, I'm not really expecting to find something for this season but would like to get early start on the 2026-2027 season, even if it's just getting on a wait list.

Please shoot me a PM with any openings or information that you may have.
  • 1-3 openings needed
  • Also have the ability to get additional hunters and take over an entire lease if one is available
  • Prefer South Texas with trophy whitetail or Texas Hill Country with whitetail and exotics
  • Also open to some areas of North-Central Texas around Shackelford County area
  • Budget is up to $10,000 per person plus providing our own blinds, corn/protein feeders, cottonseed cages, feed pen panels, and feed (corn, protein, cottonseed)
  • Budget is up to $20,000 per person if everything (blinds, feeders, feed) is provided turnkey
  • Onsite lodging is not a requirement for us but would like water/electric for RV hook-ups
  • Already have our own blinds, feeders, cages, and panels ready to go if needed
  • Would like year-round access for supplemental feeding and brush clearing (have access to our own equipment) in off-season
  • Would like access in September for dove hunting
  • Would like access in October for archery season
  • Would like the ability to bow hunt during regular season
  • Would like access for Spring turkey season
  • Would like ability to bring guests (wives, kids)
  • Would like to have multiple hunting locations per person or a community blind setup
Thanks in advance.
You may all go to hell, and I will go to Texas.
