I've been working a lot in my shop with concrete floors lately and my back has been hurting a bit. Interested if anyone here has any recommendations for some floor tiles I can put in the more heavily trafficked part of the shop. I am primarily doing woodworking with machines fixed in their designated locations.

I went to tractor supply today and their anti fatigue mat was really thin, and then their stall mats seems a bit too firm. Open to suggestions with a budget roughly $750 for around 150-200sqft. If that's too low then I could push it a bit higher.

If you're ok with interlocking, I put this in the garage gym. Firm enough to squat on, but soft enough to jump and move around on. Might be worth a try.

I've got something like above for boys home gym. Not too costly and easy to put together.

And it holds up well but not bullet proof

After I had back surgery my Ortho Doc said I should be standing on a good floor matt when working. He suggested these.
I have them in front of my work benches, machine tools, loading bench……anywhere I stand for long periods. It's made a world of difference for me.

Stall mats from tractor supply help a lot. I now own 2 of them to work out on & I've put one in the bottom of a deer blind.
