For someone who bought these before, are they trimmed and squared? How thick are they? What's about the average weight per belly?

We cure and smoke about 80#/year for bacon. I have a specific product number we normally buy from Ruffino's and wonder how these compare.

Somewhat random in sizes, The last box I bought, they probably averaged about 8 lbs, +/-2 lbs. Reasonably squared, not sure what you've been buying from Ruffino's look like.
They are "skin on". More lean than several I have bought at HEB or Sam's.
