In the market for a used Mule or Ranger. Need it to be 4x4. Preference is a single cab, no second row of seats. I'm in Temple but will travel for a good deal.

Check out ATV trader. You can specify a search radius and view the inventory of all (well the ones that post there) of the outdoor powersports shops as well as some private sellers.

If you want a single cab I'd also consider a Honda Pioneer 700-4. Had a bed with seats that fold up so you can carry 4 people when needed and change back to bed when not needed.
The Pioneer is also a geared transmission with a drive shaft and not a CVT with a belt. It's a tough machine
