Those fees are there, just built into the price. Never heard of them before, but would be interested in knowing if they are as reliable as the big name primers. Its always good to have more options but that low of a price has me wondering about how many wont go boom when they need to.

EDIT: They are rebranded White River and all reports are that they are as good as anything else.
