Anyone want to up your sausage making skills?
AgriLife Extension teaches a sausage class once a year covering topics like food safety, processing, smoking, and packaging. Each attendee gets to take home a batch of sausage produced in the class. It was scheduled for last weekend but was rescheduled to 2/6 & 7due to weather. Several of the attendees are not able to make the rescheduled class which opened up some spots. They are available at a reduced rate of $350 per person.
