we have partial interest in some marsh land south of Franklin, Louisiana - 140 acres. It sits in between the ICW and HWY 90 with only canal access. Is there a website similar to har.com in Louisiana that might show listings in the area? Do people use freshwater marshland for anything besides duck camps?

Under the right climate conditions that area can produce a good supply of crawfish. In years where there is high water for an extended period of time and enough water flow for adequate water exchange, crawfish yields can be substantial. Those marsh lands are also used for hunting for game other than ducks (deer, squirrels, etc.), trapping, as well as harvesting bullfrogs.

I'm from the area, that marsh is not gonna be good for much besides maybe shooting nutria and a few marsh deer. Majority of it is myrtle/willow float. Probably can shoot a few hogs off it. The duck hunting has been well below average all around there for awhile. You'd need an airboat more than likely to access the interior.
