I'm looking for a garage door expert / savant in the Houston area to come look at my door. I have a pretty unique situation with a commercial heavy door in a "condo" that has low head room, etc. continuing to have alignment issues and problems with keeping the tracks fastened to brick.

Need someone that has more knowledge than a tech that is just trying to fixed quickly and get paid $300-400 in order to move onto the next gig.

I use a guy who's a one man shop. Not sure he can help you but he's got some experience with commercial as I had him put in the doors in my barndo. Big 16x14 high lift doors.

He's an outstanding person. He'll tell you if he can't help you and stands behind his work.

He drives an old school Cummins Dodge which is great to hear rattle as he pulls up.

To make it Aggie related, his kids are Aggies so he's a proud Aggie dad.
