The first two weekends are in the books and no turkeys were harmed during the making of these posts. We had a lot of close encounters and some fun times out in God's beautiful country chasing toms but they won this time. That's hunting though. We'll get 'em next time. The important part is just getting out there.

We took out 4 hunters from across TX & LA and a great time was had by all.

We had cool mornings and hot afternoons and the toms aren't quite fired up yet so we'll give 'em a couple weeks to get going.
