We have 1 spot opening on a Webb county lease 20 miles east of Laredo. There are 6 total spots on 2400 acres. There is a ranch house with a bunk room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Cleaning station with electric winches.
One trophy and culls per hunter along with hogs, varmits, and birds. Some years the duck hunting is amazing ( there are 5 ponds, 3 have duck blinds). You can bring 2 guests that hunt off your allotment. Cost ends up being about $5000 with utilities. Doesn't include corn. You need to maintain at least one blind/feeder. The blinds are community, but the owner has first dibs.
The owner we leased from passed away last year and his sons inherited it. They are selling some small parcels on the county road near highway 59. Those areas can currently be hunted but that could change at any time.
