bcsag12 - I had the same experience. It took almost 2.5 months for them to get four pair of pants shortened and hemmed. When I paid the day I dropped everything off, they said "They will be ready by the end of next week, we will give you a call."
I never heard from them, so I stopped by 2 weeks after I dropped them off. My items were not ready - they blamed it on having a lot of rush orders for spring break. No biggie, I wasn't in a rush.
A few more weeks go by, so I call. This time they are blaming the delay on prom, but promise they will call as soon as the items are ready. Several more weeks go by, no word from them. I finally call back - and was rudely told that my items had been ready for weeks and that someone had called and left a message on my phone.
I only gave them my cell number - with caller id and voicemail...I never had a missed call or voicemail from their business. After that experience, I decided to spend my money at other local businesses with better customer service.
