Thinking about buying one in about 6 months. Not mechanically inclined so I will need to take it there for tuneups and repairs.

Bad experience. Wouldn't recommend. Brought in my bike for "free" diagnosis and they said it would be done by the weekend. 6 weeks later, nothing. I show up to take it back since it is obviously not a priority only to be hit with a $200 bill for "shop fees" wouldn't release bike until I paid. $200 is a good chunk for a college student
