Last week, for the first time in 32 years of being eligible for jury duty, (granted, 20 of those years I was on active duty in the Army, so really only 12), I actually had to report to the courthouse for jury selection.

Today, my 20 year old son had to report to the courthouse for jury selection.

And it was even in (according to the notice anyway) the same judge's court.

I had to report yesterday as well. At least 2 courtrooms had a large pool reporting. I didn't get picked and was kinda bummed. I am one of the few people who want to get called and picked.
