My wife works remotely for her job and sits at different places. Her VPN won't work on a lot of the free wifi. The phone works as a hotspot, but is slow. I have read that a dedicated hotspot is better than off your phone. Who is the best hot spot for south College Station mainly. I have always had better luck with AT&T than verizon, but it looks like T-mobile has decent coverage also on the south end and is cheaper than AT&T. Don't want to go cheaper if it doesn't work. Any input on what people prefer?

My cell is AT&T. My hospot is with Verizon. I don't really use it in South CS since I have home internet. I have no issues anywhere else in town. I use it pretty much anywhere I go when I need to work off the laptop.

Anybody use T mobile with really good reception in south College Station

I can tell you that Verizon reception in the Tower Point/Arrington Rd area is awful.
