IDK, but my guess is getting ready to make it a much larger thoroughfare in preparation for the inner loop

Also, are they putting in a new bridge over Gibbons Creek, east of Carlos?
They wouldn't be doing it - Fitch is a CoCS road and project. Hwy 30 is TxDOT

I will rephrase, is a new bridge going in over Gibbons?
It's not a new bridge. They are redoing the surface, guardrails, etc. It's already been repaved with new asphalt.

WD Fitch - no new bridge. Half completed, no workers as of 2 wk ago.
