I've been to them all many times and the best to me is Luigi's.
We used to go to Cafe Capri but when he dropped the Lobster Ravioli, I quit going.

My favorite pasta dish in town is the chicken parm at 1860 but in a vodka sauce with lumpy tomatoes.
