We are in the process of purchasing a house in Midtown Reserve, and are wondering what folks in that area use for internet. Are there options besides Arrive internet? Or are we stuck with that as the only option for now?

Had a friend that lived in that area and arrive was bundled in the hoa billing at some low tier 256? And you could buy an upgrade directly from arrive. He wanted symmetrical 1gb but thy only offer asymmetrical and only provider allowed in his subdivision.
Different friend has them in a different subdivision that works for Google and says maybe not ideal but workable.
I have them elsewhere but have unoptimum as an option and still use arrive.

Might as well take overpriced CEO-Arrive. $300 of your HOA dues go towards "INFRASTRUCTURE" for 20 years negotiated by the developer.
