Haven't heard it but likely isn't local. Scams now spoof with local numbers to help sell the scam. Hell I had a legit former prospective vendor of ours who's company has a sales team that is so predatory the guy who calls on me used a Google number with 979 just to get me to finally answer his call 2 months ago. I called their CEO who I had prior conversations with and blasted him for letting his team stoop to that level.

In some areas, you can get "free nights" with your electricity plan.

In those areas, installing a whole-home battery that charges at night can make sense if you can afford the upfront.

BTU and CSU are not those areas.

This screams SCAM to me.
