Consol related. Stefano Salerno (who was the longtime boys coach at Consol) won 5A D2 boys with Liberty Hill.
They won by forfeit when Highland Park announced they had an ineligible player.

My best friend is the Head Coach at Colleyville Heritage. They have 9 starters that were sophomores & freshmen this year. Last year, they lost in the State Championship Game, starting 7 freshmen. I expect them to be a contender again next year.wasntme said:

Turns out the player was always eligible per UIL rules. Highland Park has a different internal standard and deemed him ineligible per that. Should be noted that the new AD at HP has 0 years of experience in Athletics. It's crazy.Mathguy64 said:
