We have a 3 BR rental. Our son and two roommates will be moving in this August for their sophomore year. Before that I'd like to renovate the 3 bathrooms, specifically remove the tub/shower combo, replace with shower only, put in a glass door, new fixtures and tile the walls (currently a plastic type material).

Any recommendations for this type of work? All 3 showers are the same so it's a rinse and repeat type of project for the 3 bathrooms.

Maddiedou did both of our bathrooms and was fantastic in all aspects but he might already be booked up. He's pretty popular because he does good work.

Blake Robison runs a great operation (https://www.acehandymanservices.com/offices/bryan-college-station) that does a lot of these. He only did minor bathroom work for me, but also did kitchen remodel and complete exterior (siding, soffit, paint, deck repair, etc) on one of my rentals. I know others he's done bathroom remodels for and they're happy. He'd be on my list.

Jeremy and Joseph at J2 (https://www.j2-c.com/) would be another solid option. Haven't used them personally but met them recently at an investor meetup that my realtor hosts. He's used them for his personal property as well as a bathroom remodels on a few of his own rentals. His thumbs up and an hour of them talking about their remodel process make them certainly worth quoting it out.

Neither of these will be the cheapest, but frankly that's the last thing you want on a bathroom remodel
