I'm looking to get a couple of bids for a full interior paint job on a guest house in College Station. The space is 800 sqft and recently became vacant after a long-term tenant moved out.

A few details:

• The previous tenant was a smoker, so it'll likely need a coat of Kilz primer to start.
• No furniturecompletely empty and ready to go.
• Layout: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and one large open room (kitchen/living/dining).
• Surfaces to be painted: walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and a few cabinets (not many).
• Standard drywall, 8' ceilings, no fancy textures or repairs needed.

Looking to get this knocked out relatively quickly so I can get it cleaned up and back in the rental pool. If you know someone reliable or are a painter yourself, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks in advance!
