I've used the same cleaners for years but recently have started having problems. Does anyone have a good recommendation?

Anywhere but Pride Cleaners. Maybe (hopefully) things have changed in 5 years, but my experience was so bad that I still tell people to stay far FAR away- though looking at recent negative Google reviews it seems to be much of the same.

We use JOT 59 and Briarcrest Cleaners now, and haven't really had any issues at either.

Briarcrest. Been using for 25 years. No issues.

I get everything I wear at work cleaned at Pride. They do great work and are very efficient/consistent with the pickup/drop-off process. Not sure what happened in your case, but they are the best in town.

Jot 59 seems like an absolute nightmare, given the location/access. I'm at the cleaners just about every day and couldn't imagine dealing with that place.

+1 for Pride Cleaners. Never had an issue, and prompt, friendly service every time.

Unfortunately for dry cleaners, they usually don't get a second chance. I used one over a decade ago and they didn't have my clothes ready when they were supposed to be and I had a work trip the next day. I had an early flight the next morning, and someone met me at the cleaners at 5 am with the clothes, didn't charge me, and apologized profusely. They did everything right from a management perspective, but I've never used them again.

I'm glad they seem to work for you. For us, they ruined an expensive suit (literally ripped multiple holes in it, and burned the fabric in a few places), and then the owners were an absolute nightmare to deal with (which, BTW they never replaced the item, nor apologized). I literally am not sure I have ever met anyone as rude as them in my life, and how they stay in business when they treat people like that is beyond my comprehension. We were basically told "if you don't want the chance of your clothing getting ruined, do it your damn self. It's not my fault -I'm not the one who did the actual cleaning".

Again- glad it works out for you. But this is a hill I will die on. I will never stop telling people to stay away from Pride if at all possible because of their service and the owners (and I let them know that).

Used Briarcrest for a few years even when we moved across town. They tore up some starched denim shirts and pants and i decided to try Hallmark on S. College. Been happy with them for the last year or so.

Pride at HMP/Welsh is where I go. The owner is on school board. Super nice, in my experience.

I think that's the same owner as the one on 29th.

My wife and I own Pride Cleaners in College Station. We have been in business 30+ years and would love the opportunity to earn your business. We use to own the Bryan location but sold it 3 years ago. We are hands on owners and are Aggies. Our location is 1800 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy S. Our manager is Sandra, my name is Will and my wife is Heather. All work is done on premise and we offer same day service. Thanks!

I have tried to reach out to you via TexAgs before in regards to your experience with us. I cant look you up in our system since I do not know your name. I know this happened years ago and I am not sure if you dealt with my manager at the time but my wife and I do not recall this incident. I am really confused because we do not operate that way. We are not perfect, no business is, but when we do make mistakes we always try to make it right. We are local, my wife is born and raised here. We are Aggies our daughter is an Aggie and we support our family with this business. So please accept this apology and I am being sincere when I say that I honestly do not recall what happened and I feel like had my wife or I dealt with you it would have been a different experience. My wife Heather said you are more than welcome to reach out to her directly at (979)255-8901 and let us know your name and what happened so maybe we can put this to rest and you can stop feeling the need to publicly bash us.
