The Bryan Harvey little league website lists their umpire coordinators contact information. You might give that a try.

If you are also willing to do Softball, check out the Brazos Valley Girls Softball Association website. They have a section for umpires.

There was a group of novice level umpires in town this past weekend. You might be able to reach out and get some contacts.
