I use Arrow S for my primary and two of my rentals. They've been good and consistent.

I used Arrow S for my house and rentals in the past and they were always great.
But I have started doing it myself now. Started at the first of the year and do it every quarter. Just need pump up sprayer and maybe 30 min or so of time and you are done!

Yeah, I did it for years on my own and occasionally debate doing so again. But honestly, there's margin with my midterm rental model to just pay to have it done, and time is more precious to me these days.
