Your challenge is going to be minimum orders.

For just a few shirts you will be much better off shopping online. CC Creation typically has a minimum order and even if they don't will probably much more expensive than online. They are the most expensive in town with M&M Apparel just behind.

Vistaprint has no minimum order and the price per unit will scale depending on quantity ordered. Similarly, 4Imprint does the same but they may have a low quantity minimum order of maybe 4+ units.

There are many others but I have ordered a bunch of shirts and merch through vistaprint and 4imprnt with great results.

And Sew On between Best Buy and Office Depot. I've used them for single/small count orders. Reasonable costs and and quick turn around time.

As others have noted, CC creations has a minimum order size. I believe it's 12.

We use All Pro Embroidery for small orders for a club I'm in. Mechelle is a dream to work with and has no problem with small orders!

And for C.C. the minimum will depend on if you are doing embroidery or screen print. 24 for screen print and 12 for embroidery.
At C.C. there will be a set up fee (digitizing) for embroidery. Pricing will also depend on how many stitches your design ends up having.
For screen print, pricing will also change depending on how many colors you use.
They prefer not to use customer provided goods. It's much easier just to have them order what you need.

I have used M&M apparel for that in the past. Don't recall a minimum there

Monograms and more will do one shirt or a thousand! They'll put it on anything you need. You can buy their shirts or bring your own in, they don't care.

Salazar Promotions (google it) in Bryan. 12 shirt minimum plus one time setup fee. Reasonable and professional. I still wear shirts he did for me 10 years ago... at least the ones that still fit!

There is also an embroidery place by the bingo hall on Briarcrest that will do small orders.

That's who we used to use but we switched a couple years ago because he was too busy for small orders when we needed them

So the shirts shrank? I've had that problem with lots of shirts.

All of my shirts keep shrinking. Pants too. Got to start washing with cold water and air drying.

You can try kw crafted Solutions. They are DTF printers with no minimums and initial staff up fees.
