So, my parents spend 6 months in India, and 6 months at the townhouse where I grew up in Houston. They are leaning towards spending more time in India and selling the townhouse. They are in their mid-80's, and would likely come and spend a couple months in BCS in the June to August timeframe.

Besides paying 2500/month for an Airbnb, what are some options on where they could stay. They don't want to stay with my wife and I, and that's probably a good thing. We all get along great, don't want to screw that up.

Any ideas?

We have a 2/2 available August 16th. Our current tenant might extend. Have until July 1 to decide.
