Needing new tires for the family zero-turn... its my dads mower, but he passed away so I mow my moms yard with it.. but the front tires are gone... need new ones and my dad had them originally filled with foam or something.. I can get the tires, no problem, but dont know where to get them filled...

anyone?

is it foam they fill them with or ? My tractor tires were filled with water...

Check to see if you can find some flat free solid tires.

I wouldnt worry about foam, etc. Just buy a new set of front tires and roll.

This stuff is really good if you don't want foam - which by the way - fix a flat ain't foam.

And it can expand and pop a tire in the summer.

I had a wheelbarrow tire solid filled at Dixie Tire in downtown Bryan years ago. Not sure if the still do. But I'd also vote to just buy flat free tires at TSC or the like.

I don't have a place to send you but hope to learn from this thread for future.
I DO agree with the above that TSC/other sources of new no-flat tires as The solution ... and do practice this when possible ....
but in this small town, didn't find any for the new JohnDeere trac.mower and those found online were terribly expensive.
So procrastination has set in since - tires not leaking YET -
not to mention lazy me taking off, putting on and hoping it all fits

My mechanic DIY son had good luck with TSC Slime (2-in-1 ??) Tire and Tube Sealant gallon
with variations sold most everywhere as a DIY that he said was EZ

More lazy than he, I had little success with my 16yo Craftsman tractor mower ooold tires whose mesquite/other punctures defied all other fixOflat brand "solutions" within a week or so.
Stumbled across a higher dollar but big time saver
Airman Lightweight Air Compressor Tire Repair Kit that did the trick, first time and forever ....
but now I find other cheaper, simpler twin solutions with good brand names as alternates

Gotta draw since me got no grammar MasterArch '76

This is the best option. Front tires on mowers take a lot of abuse.

I'm telling you the Gemplers Bulletproof is the answer. Different level stuff than the others.
