Do they do fingerprinting there or do I need to have it done prior to arriving?
The notice I got via the enrollment online said they will do the fingerprinting at Easterwood. Asks you to bring RealId (drivers license) and citizenship proof (passport).

They do everything there. The whole process took 15 min at Easterwood when I did it.

What about Global Entry?
It's a pre check event. So it would reason it's not a global entry event.

Can you use your birth certificate if you don't have a current passport?
When you register there are very specific requirements for what you need to bring. If you don't have those things don't waste your time. This is a government vendor - flexibility isn't in the cards.

You will need to go to IAH for an interview. You can also walk in if they have capacity when you return from an international flight, so fill out all the forms and schedule an interview.KaneIsAble said:

We went to the last one they had. One of my credit cards gives you a credit for doing it, so I used that card
TSA pre-check is horrible and doesn't get you in faster. No one should go get this if they don't already have it.
Joking aside, I've twice seen non pre-check lines move faster than pre-check ones.
