Thanks to a post (and several similar comments) in this forum, I reached out to Noah/Thorough Air to get a bid on installing a mini-split in my guest house. Therefore, I figured I'd pay it forward and post about my experience.

Noah handled the mini-split install in my guest house from start to finish and made it easy. From our first meeting I could tell he was honest and hardworking.

He kept me updated on a couple of early-order delays, showed up on time, and wouldn't take payment until he'd filed the warranty paperwork. The system runs quietly, cools the space quickly, and my electric bill has already dropped.

His quote was clear, the final bill matched it, and the price was very fair. He's detail-oriented, too. A few days after the install he came back on his own to add a French drain so the condensate line wouldn't splash against the wall.

I'll definitely use Thorough Air again and highly recommend Noah.
