Same. I'm such a happy Frontier customer after 3 decades with Suddenlink/Optimum and their predecessors.

My neighborhood has had an Optimum line down for over 3 months laying down the street and into a drainage basin and they act surprised when we call in and ask when it's going to be repaired.
