My daughter's 13th b-day is next week. All her life she has been attracted to law enforcement (originally DNR and Game and Fish but her mentor, a good friend of mine was killed on duty).
She has learned most of the police codes and hopes to one day become a police officer (or detective is also on her mind).
She'd love a "ride-a-long" but I don't think they do that anymore, or at least not with kids.
Would some Brazos county/BCS LEO (preferably female but I guess a guy would be okay too) be willing to show her around maybe some gear, a car or even tour the headquarters?
She would sure appreciate it and I promise that it would mean the world to her!
